LawyersAI provides an AI-assisted legal operating system for individual lawyers and law firms — including AI-assisted document drafting, contract review, legal research, workflow automation, and case/document management. Registration is currently available to legal professionals and organizations; the people they represent are managed as client records within an account and are not themselves platform users.

LawyersAI is a drafting, research, and workflow tool. Outputs generated by the Service — including AI-drafted documents, contract analyses, risk scores, and research summaries — are provided to assist a qualified professional and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and taking professional responsibility for any output before relying on it or sharing it with a client or counterparty.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Organization/firm accounts are responsible for the conduct of the team members they invite.
• You must notify us promptly at contact@lawyersai.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Plan details, features, and pricing are displayed on the Service and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; by subscribing you also agree to that provider's applicable terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. For details on cancellations and refunds, see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes a third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying models and infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or intended to harass or deceive any person.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside the scope of your subscription without our written consent.

You retain ownership of documents, clauses, and other content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant LawyersAI a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, generating drafts, running retrieval-augmented research, and powering analytics for your own account). We do not sell Your Content. Access controls for uploaded documents (private, firm-wide, or organization scoped) are as configured by you within the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is the property of LawyersAI and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership in the Service to you, other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting contact@lawyersai.in. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and LawyersAI does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LawyersAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated output.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, the courts at the location of LawyersAI's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app or email notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
